About the Program
The San Francisco Waldorf Teacher Education Program is a three- year and three-summer part-time training specifically designed for those living and working in the greater San Francisco Bay Area. Emphasis is placed upon awakening the faculties of the teacher and developing his/her creativity in preparation for becoming a certified Waldorf teacher. This program includes observation and practice teaching in Waldorf schools, as well as mentoring, and professional support. Qualified graduates may apply for teaching positions in Waldorf schools worldwide.

Overnight Accommodations
Students in the weekend program who need overnight accommodations due to their long residential distance from the San Francisco Waldorf School are eligible to stay Friday nights in the school at no additional cost. Students must provide their own bedding..
