For those who are looking for a year of intense inner work and personal transformation we suggest signing up for a year of eurythmy.

The eurythmy training at Rudolf Steiner College is a four-year program, but many people have found incredible joy and growth through doing one or more years, even without the intention of becoming fully trained professional eurythmists.

The training is carried by Cynthia Hoven and Reg Down. These two master teachers have years of experience behind them, in performing, therapeutic and pedagogical eurythmy. Their greatest joy is leading people into an experience of how "head knowledge" becomes "body understanding" through the experience of eurythmy. Anthroposophy becomes a living body of experience when we learn to move our thoughts, our feelings and our will through our body, in accordance with the breath of the etheric, the lawfulness of the astral, and the intentions of the ego.
